AJ had the day off yesterday so we got to hang out. After work we went to the grocery store which I think we did pretty amazing on how much money we spent on food :) .. I also made a full out meal plan which I am pretty proud of. I couldn't tell you what it was right now because I do not have my recipes. I didn't plan which days we were going to eat the meals, so I will post the recipes tonight after I decide. We spent an hour and half in Walmart. lol. Who knew one could spend much time grocery shopping.
We finally bought a scale. I got on it and I had lost a total of 12 lbs. It made me smile and it made me wanna workout some more...
After we got back I put the groceries away while AJ took care of the boys. Then we went to the work out room. Second night in a row! YEA! I went on the elliptical again for 50 mins but at a higher hill (or whatever you call it). So i removed 345 calories :) instead of 240 and I didn't take any breaks! I didn't have to do a full body work out that is tonight though.
I haven't had fast food in over a week and AJ broke it.. PUNK!!! I am still going strong..
We move in about 25 days and we move to a place with no work out room so we are going to have to find a gym. At least if I pay for it I will def have to go.
