Today was an awesome day! The kids and I went to Monkey Joes in Cool Springs. It has a bunch of inflatables. Madeleine was super excited about going. Teddy however didn't like the inflatables so the whole time he just played with this ball that had monkeys on it. I kept hitting it back and forth to him so he would be entertained. Their mommy had a coupon so it wasn't that expensive for them to go of course adults are free. They did have tv's and free wi-fi so you could use your laptops. We were there from 10 to about 11:30.
I had to hold on to Madeleine's bow so she wouldn't loose it. I didn't want to loose it so I put it in my hair. lol
When I got home I went and worked out since I took a break yesterday because I had church and my day would of been completely slammed if I added I work out. My work out went really well I upped the resistance level once more. I left with 440 calories burned off after 55 minutes. While I worked out, I listed to Mae and Barlow Girl some of my favorite groups. Tomorrow, I am going to work out in the morning since I have to work late and I really don't want to deal with it. I think I am becoming a workout fiend (is that how it is spelled?). When I didn't work out yesterday, I wanted to so bad. I think I am just super excited about the outcome.
AJ made pancakes for dinner tonight. They were so good. Now we are sitting on the couch together (he had the evening off, obviously) watch Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
I would like to watch Better With You & Rules of Engagement Does anyone watch those shows?

"A child can ask questions that a wise men can not answer."
That's a great quote! I love the way kids look at the world.
ReplyDeleteLosing weight and being healthy are both excellent goals.
Great job on controlling your Chick-fil-A craving. That's not a confession. Exerting self control like that is something to be PROUD of!
